Maple Flavored Jerky - Sharon Nelson- MN Maple Syrup Producers Association
- 3 lb. Steak cut no more thatn 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Accent
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients together - marinate 24 hours. Dehydrate about 6 hours, depending on thickness of meat.
