Maple Pork Chops - C&C Sugar Bush
- 4 Center Cut Pork Chops 1 inch thick
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine marinade ingredients in bowl. Add pork chops and set aside for 30 minutes. Place pork chops and marinade in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes, brush occasionally, turn once.
