Sonia's Golden Curried Chicken - Caribou Cream
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Place chicken in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chopped onion over chicken. Mix rest of ingredients to make sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 450° F for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes or until done.
Serve over rice
