Shirley's All-Season Suet - Shirley Ferrell
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup lard (no substitutes)
- 2 cups quick cook oats
- 2 cups corn meal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Melt the lard and peanut butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into 9x9 pan (1 1/2 thick). Allow cooling, cut into squares. Store in freezer.
